Coaches are made, not born

Dan Miller answered questions on his podcast about coaching. He brought up some good points, particularly that you need life experience to coach effectively. Real experience is like real sanctification – something  you can’t just get from reading a book or a college degree.

My one takeaway

I shouldn’t feel bad that I didn’t have everything figured out when I was younger. God can use my real experience, with mistakes and goof ups included, to help and serve others.
