Iced Mocha recipe (close to Starbucks)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Hersey’s Unsweeted Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Torani Vanilla Syrup

1 oz hot water
1 or 2 espresso shots
6 oz. milk

1 cup of ice
Stir the cocoa powder and hot water together. Then stir in the vanilla syrup. Pour your espresso shots and stir into cocoa/vanilla mixture. Add milk and ice. Enjoy.
This tastes better than many of the attempts to make a decent iced mocha using syrup or mocha powder. The straight unsweetened cocoa powder gives the drink the chocolate taste, while the equal part of vanilla syrup (not extract) sweetened the drink to at least a bittersweet taste without making the drink taste sugary or granular.
