Lord willing, I’ll get a good taste the Columbian tomorrow after it rests. We went through a 1/2 lb. of Guatemalan so quickly I never got a chance to really taste it or blog about it. I did notice that this batch turned out a little lighter than the Guatemalan at the same settings (of course, the actual weight of my last batch of Guatemalan was 7.5 oz and not a full 1/2 pound.)
