I’m starting 2024 with incremental weekly and daily habits.
If you start with one of some unit of measure (e.g. a minute, a block, a pushup, a mile) and increase it by one very week, at the end of the year, you’ll be doing 52 of them.
So for a weekly habit: If you start at one and increase by one every week,
you will be doing 52 every week by the end of the year, and have completed a total of 1,378 by the end of the year.
For a daily habit, if you start at one and increase by one every week,
you will be doing 52 every day by the end of the year, and have completed a total of 9,640 by the end of the year.
